RADA CANBERK KOBAS
Founder - Executive Designer

Rada Canberk Kobaş, who is of Abkhaz descent, was born in Sakarya in 1986. As a visual arts aficionado since childhood,
he entered Marmara University Faculty Of Fine Arts with a degree. After graduating with a major in Interior Design,
he supported his work experience in companies like Sevgili Yapı, Astay and Medipol. 

In 2013, Kobaş started his own design company, RADA Design. As an advocate of the notion that design should be a present element
in every aspect of life, he’s continuing his works in architecture, interior design and furniture design under the brand he created.

BURAK OYGUÇ
Project Manager

Burak Oyguç was born in İstanbul / Kadıköy in 1987. As the son of two former athletes, he has always had interest in sports,
but art became his passion. He entered Maltepe University  Faculty Of Fine Arts with full scholarship and graduated with a major in
Plastic Arts and a minor in Interior Design. 

In 2011, he started as the chief of trim works in Bodrum / Türkbükü – Mandarin Oriental Hotel & Residence project under
NMS Architecture Company. He worked with the same company in several projects of ETS Group hotels in Bodrum until 2014.
He continued his work as the project manager of trim works in Basın Express Elite World Hotel Europe until 2016.
Since September 2016, he has been working as the project manager in RADA Design.

ALİ ARSLAN
Industrial Designer

Ali Arslan was born in Istanbul / Fatih in 1986. He entered Marmara Univercity Faculty of Fine Arts with a degree.
After finishing his English preparatory year, he started his undergraduate education in Industrial Design program in 2005.

During his major, he co-founded TETOP (Turkish Industrial Design Students Platform) and served as the head of Istanbul.

He worked mainly in freelance projects until he founded ARTICONA Design in 2012. He worked as the project manager
for 3 years and took part in numerous projects both in Turkey and foreign countries.

He received awards in MOSDER and Istanbul Taksi contests. In 2015, he worked as the screen designer in Fikirhane,
a design documentary series broadcasted on TRT Belgesel.

Lastly, he worked as the design consultant for VCOUNT and became a member of RADA design team.

ÇAĞLA İZGİ
Designer & Art Director

Çağla İzgi, born in Istanbul in 1990, entered Bahçeşehir University Interior and Environmental Design
with a degree and full scholarship in 2008.

In 2014, she started to work under Çağdaş Holding as the field architect on Turgutreis
Swissotel Resort  Bodrum Beach Project. She worked in the design team of Çağdaş Holding until 2017.
She also took part in various freelance projects in Bodrum.

Çağla has been a member of Rada Design team since January 2017.
